Main Goals 

Grow the business in a sustainable manner;

Focus its activity on the study of singular projects, being an international reference in the construction of bridges using form travelers;

Invest in R&D for innovative construction solutions with high added value;

Create a unit dedicated exclusively to the manufacture and marketing of cutting-edge equipment for civil construction;

Strengthen the link with large construction companies and establish new strategic partnerships in markets with high growth potential for the Company;

Reinforce the qualitative component through the implementation and certification of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Human Resources Management System (NP 4427);

Strengthen the corporate image through ICT;

Improve management, innovation, control and marketing processes;

To be a general contractor in the construction of medium-sized bridges.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Since its foundation, ConstruGomes has shown a concern to achieve standards of excellence in the services it provides, giving priority to immaterial factors such as quality and innovation as sources of competitiveness in the international market.The Company continuously invests in research and development of innovative solutions for the construction of large bridges, aiming to be recognized as the answer to the most complex construction challenges that clients encounter in their projects.

Thus, the present project to the SME SI Qualification is an integral part of the strategy defined by the Administration, complementing the investments that will be made in the construction of the new establishment, in the acquisition of productive machinery and equipment and in initiatives aimed at external markets. The planned investments aim to provide ConstruGomes with the necessary tools and capacities for the development and growth of its activity through the investment on dynamic competitiveness factors, based on the reinforcement of its internal competences at organizational and management level and on the creation of conditions and means for winning and retaining new clients in the international market.
